*A full credit assessment where I review your credit reports from all three credit bureaus
*A personalized, step by step Action Plan outlining all the specific steps needed to achieve your goals
*Templates for letters that may need to be sent to the credit bureaus, collection agencies and creditors.
*An additional 30 days of counseling
